Would give 0 if I could. The sprinkler system started leaking 4000 gallons in 10 days, only 2.5 years after being installed. The previous owner of the home left me the contact and all the paperwork, which showed that he purchased the Silver Package for a 5 year warranty. It was not a cheap warranty. I read the signed contract thoroughly to ensure it did not have a non-transferable clause before contacting the company. I received a text back telling me the would not honor the warranty because I was not the original buyer. I told them there was nothing about that in the fine print and that it wasn't very professional. He/she called me the "rudest person they've ever met" and asked me not to contact them again, and also cited their word was enough to determine that they would not honor the contact. If you decide to go with this company, better get someone to sign the document who's going to live a while, expect them to react like a 14 y/o to customer service complaints, and maybe don't expect the system to last more than a couple of years.
