Want to be ripped off and scammed? Cody is the way to go. This was signed almost a year ago and he still has NOT completed his work even with a contract that says “$10,000 upfront” - which he cashed and used. Then he has the nerve to later beg us to pay $5k more to get the metal fencing out of the shop because he spent all the money and then he will go ahead and finish the job. He refuses later to finish anything even when we send a letter of discontent. He ran off with our money and as you can see - that’s not $10k of supplies as the contract says for us to do - pay $10k, when he’s finished we pay the rest. So every bit of lies he tells you, don’t believe. He will say “someone quit,” “I’m under the weather,” oh I’m real backed up cause of short staffed. Well, it’s been a year Cody. And it’s still like this. And I have proof in texts of him asking for more money - so he can’t weasel his way out of this one. If u want it, I’ll post it. But I’m just the horrible craftsmanship he has done with our home...the wood fence he never finished, it’s uneven, the wood fence also started rotting, and then you see all the metal posts are rusted and the gate...do y’all see how he put up that gate? Come on now. I’m just glad my home is grandfathered in to not be in HOA or I would have massive fines right now. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH A HORRIBLE MAN WHO IS TRYING TO SWINDLE YOUR MONEY ESPECIALLY ON BIG JOBS.

Cody was supposed to come back & finish my gate & never did...that was 3 years ago! He disappeared & ending up closing down his business Broughton & Sons & opened up G & R Welding & Fencing...after locating him and making a call all I’ve heard is crickets!!! I would never ever recommend him!

Cody is a crook and a conman, I worked with him as his helper a couple of weeks ago This guy didn't pay me for my labor. After all the hard labor I did, all the post holes I digged all the woods I sorted out and the concrete. Cody told me when he get payed that's when he will pay me not knowing this was your scam tricks. I called you to ask about my money and you have blocked my number! Karma is what will pay you back.. you will never know peace from this day forward, cody when you gather it will scatter you will work in vain just as you did me this is my prayer for you cody !!!
