Aceman Plumbing performed work on 2 water heaters. After Ken left, there was no hot water. I immediately called, and Ken did not relight the water heaters. He said someone there said they would do it. No one there knew how to relight the water heaters. An honest plumber would not just let someone relight water heaters. It is hazardous to leave them unlit. Ken wanted $130.00 to relight them. After he already charged me to complete the job. If I did not pay the double charge, the home would be in a dangerous state for longer. As I went to ask my helper if he said he would relight, he made his way to the elderly homeowner. When I saw her afraid face and Ken right over her demanding payment, that was the end for him. This is a scam company that has no regard for human life.

I would have to tell you this guy is the best fastest and fair, plumber I have ever met! During my trials with my slab leak he saved the day for me and my family! He was in an out in a day and didn't leave a big mess behind! If you ever need him in the DFW area use him he is the best and reasonable he is also a Master Plumber with more than 20 years under his belt!
