Disappointing! Our water heater broke down and so we contacted Choice, which was our home insurance warranty. They send this company out to assess the problem. When he get there, he tells us our unit is 19 yrs old. After a brief examination of the unit, he tells us it can be repair but not worth it, so he tells us he will recommend a new unit to our insurance. Following day we get a letter from our insurance that said that the unit is irepairable, and we were therefore denied because they did not cover the tank. We were not asking to replace our unit. In my opinion if it can be repair then he should have repaired it. We called them to ask him about it, becuase he did tell us that it can be repaired and why he would submit to the insurance that it was irepairable, and he told us. "I get paid to give my opinion to the other co. and was not changing his assessment. Please do not use this plumbler

Very very rude and terrible customer service. Looks like this BTMD is one guy who demanded payment before he accessed the problem. It was just a $60 service call and he was sent by our warranty company. Never had repair come out on service call demanding payment before they get started. He kept trying to talk us into buying a new water heater. We declined due to heater was barely out of warranty. The guy at BTMD lied to us assuring us he knew how to fix the problem with switch not working for hot water. We found out later from warranty company he did not want to perform the repair. Guess Job was not enough money for him. He is money hungry and do not care who he lies to. To many options available. We hire another company who removed sediment and replaced switch. The warranty company would not cover repair after BTMD lied to them. We had to now cover the cost ourselves.
