The Window Authority

We did extensive research before deciding on choosing The Window Authority for our window project. We met with 2 other window companies and found Tony, the salesperson with The Window Authority, to be the most knowledgeable and respectful. Unlike the other 2 companies Tony was not trying to close the sale, but rather listening to our needs and explaining the features his windows offered. We opted for the 0% interest for 18 month plan offered on The Window Authority website through Citi Bank. We found it a simple process that took less than 5 minutes! After we signed the paperwork we were contacted by Chris who was our project manager. Chris set up a time to come to the house where we met and he measured all the windows and explained the installation process. 3 weeks later Chris and his crew arrived on time to install the windows. The installation went smooth and when completed Tony came back out to make sure we were satisfied. Communication was terrific throughout the process and everything went extremely well. We love our new windows and have already noticed a big savings on our utility bills! We have recommended The Window Authority to 3 neighbors and all say they too were completely satisfied with The Window Authority's work.
