1st Choice Roofing and Restoration

After a very bad hail storm it was suggested that I have my roof looked at. I called around and felt like I spoke to a few car sales men just looking to make a buck. I had called one company and left four messages and never received a call back. I travel for a living and I am out of state a lot, so it was hard for me to meet with roofing representatives. I was referred to 1st Choice Roofing & Restoration, I called and left a message and within a few hours I received a call from Gene a representative and an inspector for the company. He was very detailed in explaining the process and answered all my questions. He assured me that there was no charge for his services and that he would make sure that I knew what would be charged for after he inspected my roof. He showed up on time the next day and met with my brother and completed a thorough inspection of my roof. After the inspection, Gene called me and was very detailed in his explanation of the inspection. He explained that my roof was in good shape and that there was no need to repair it. Although I had T-lock shingles he stated that they were still in good shape and added…they may not look as pretty as other shingles but the where made to last. This is a company with integrity, not looking to make a quick buck like other companies in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. Great customer services ensuring that their customers are educated and understand the process. I will schedule an annual inspection to ensure that the roof is maintained and in good condition.
