David is an exceptionally hard worker, but beyond that he's a thinker, highly skilled, creative, and a stickler for quality workmanship. He takes pride in every thing he does, from the smallest job to jobs that require a tremendous amount of skill. I would hire him again (and will) for a variety of different kinds of work, all of which he does with expertise. My art gallery couldn't have opened as soon or looking as good if it weren't for David LeCates.

I needed the floor in my kitche family room. I chose vinyl planking. David not only did a professional job but cleaned up and was very organized thru out. I love my floors and he's very reasonable. I have plans for him to do my livingroom and diningroom next. Great job David!
