Painting LLC

The painting is beautiful. Patching was not fully smoothed before being painted so the patchwork is usually obvious. The timeline was LONG - from early July until the last of August. Other jobs were getting done ahead of mine. We should have done a final walkthrough inspection before the last payment was made. They left on 31 Aug with the words, "if you see anything we need to go over, let me know." It took until 4 Oct for the fixes . . . and they were not well done, particularly the place where a quarter-sized chunk was taken out of wall when the banister was being hung (after the work was supposedly completed). The "repair" was simply to paint over the chunk leaving the obvious damage. Very nice people, with lots of room for growth in the field.
