Mr. Palmer claims to be a roofing contractor. He has attempted to repair my roof twice now and it's still leaking. Claimed he repaired the " roof pipe flashing". Since then I have called a roofing specialist who said you should really only replace them and he called them "plumbing vent boots". I do not recommend for roofing. He'll just take you for your money and you'll have to pay someone else to do a professional job.

Set up the repair date right away and did an excellent job.
