The worst company I’ve ever had to deal with! So unprofessional..! I own a business and I know all to well how to treat my customers. This business doesn’t even have enough courtesy to answer your phone call or return your phone call. Our service repeatedly goes out it’s been out almost two weeks straight and they have yet to try to fix the problem. Oh at first probably first month best internet you could ask for then it went to the pot! I’m not a negative person normally but between me and my wife I bet we’ve tried 50 times to get ahold of them and to get them to do something. I have even told them if they couldn’t return my phone calls to please just come and get their equipment. You want my advice you’d be better off using a hot spot then to waste your money on this company! I promise you’ll at least have internet instead of equipment your paying monthly for that does nothing but collect dust!!
