Called with a need for a gas stove install. After having been without an oven for over a week (old one broke), I didn't even have a timeframe yet for the delivery of the new one on a Monday. We made an appt for a couple days after the appliances delivery (Wednesday). Appliance delivery called Sunday evening with an 11-1p timeframe. I immediately emailed G&C and he said he may be able to come by after they finished a remodel. Sure enough -- he came by right afterward, I had me new oven delivered and installed in just a couple hours. Friendly, quick install. no snags. Thank you, guys!
