Good work, but very overpriced. Charged over $800 to install a $150 part that took less than hour. I should have paid the service fee and got someone else. I probably would have saved $300. On top of that, I found out later there was a $25 coupon on the website he could have told me about. Would not recommend. #20/20 Hindsight

Can't say enough good things about JMH. When my hot water heater sprung a leak and was history John noticed that he thought it would still be under warranty, which i never thought about. He stayed on the line with customer service for what seemed like a very long time. Eventually he got them to give him a claim number and then picked up my new one and saved me a lot of money.

John is the only honest plumber that I have come across, he has repaired both furnace and hot water. He is efficient and reliable, clean and fixes problems once and complete.

We have been using JMF for all our plumbing & heating needs for several years. Prompt, efficient, excellent work.
