This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They are basically criminal. They take your money and never return calls and your stuff is missing and god knows where? They gave me a quote and then took a deposit and then tripled the amount. They broke, damaged and lost many of my items. It is absolutely disgusting that they are still in business. I put in a claim in November and they never return calls and play games with emails and try saying they never received a claim when in fact I received an email stating thank you for your claim. BEWARE they are dishonest.

As if moving isn’t stressful enough, All Movers Moving Service makes it even more stressful for you. The company was a MESS from day one. They showed up to our house without doing an initial walkthrough , so the cubic footage we were charged for was wrong and they ended up charging us ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS more than what we were initially told and agreed upon VIA OUR CONTRACT. The movers who picked up our load verbally told us they would be to our destination NO LATER than August 7th, then proceeded to not show up to our apartment until AUGUST 21ST. Leaving us STRANDED IN FLORIDA WITH NONE OF OUR BELONGINGS for NEARLY 3 WEEKS. To make matters worse, the company does not communicate with their customers. One gentleman I spoke with, Eric, disconnected his phone line after our call so I could no longer call or speak to him after he promised us a drop off date!! We had to call multiple people multiple times chasing our tails for over a 3 week course to FINALLY find out where our belongings were. Which to our demise, was yet another lie. We were told on August 6th our stuff would be to us by early the next week. THEN August 16th we were told NO LATER THAN THE 19th. We finally got the call August 20th that our belongings would be there between 10AM-12PM August 21st. So my fiancé and I both CALLED OFF WORK AND MISSED A DAY OF PAY and waited for the driver. Finally noon hits and there’s no driver. We called the driver SEVEN times before he finally answered and showed up SEVEN HOURS LATER!!!!!!! Upon arrival he made us pay an extra $150 for having to “use an elevator” WHICH IS NOT IN THE CONTRACT. He tried to make us send our money to his “friend” until my fiancé put his foot down and said absolutely not. Overall the most HORRIFIC UNIMAGINABLE DISRESPECTFUL moving company I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a well respected moving company that doesn’t lie and spit in the face of their customers.

This is the absolute worst moving company I’ve ever experienced. They lost two expensive large items and refuse to acknowledge and rectify the matter. The driver tried to hold property hostage until they were paid an additional $300. Stay far away!
