We are renovating a 1953 ranch style house. In our neighborhood in Nashville many homes are " scraped" instead of renovating. Our contractor, Vincent Schmidt, hired Pedro and his crew to turn our old house into a new Arts and Crafts style design. Pedro worked with Vincent as Vincent added cedar siding and posts. Pedro designed and installed stone around the posts. It looked so good, and the price of his work was so reasonable that now he has resurfaced the painted brick fireplace and a built a new stone mailbox. Now we are working on steps, patio and a retaining wall. Need I say more?
