KD Poolscapes

I had a client that used KD Poolscapes for a pool inspection as part of a home sale. Ken seemed to be fairly thorough. At the end of the inspection he asked my client if he wanted a full written report with pictures or if the walk through was sufficient. My client said the walkthrough was enough. Turns out my client wanted to use a couple of defects found in the inspection to get out of the contract. They provided a quote for the repair needed but when asked about simply listing the defects he found on paper (not a full report) the owner absolutely lost it and started screaming and cursing and throwing a tantrum about how he was only paid for the walk through and not the full report. We were not requesting a full report simply the 3 defects found in writing. I was nothing but polite in my request. I deal with contractors on a daily basis and I've never had a problem with this type of request and I have certainly never been treated this way. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I will not be recommending KD Poolscapes to any of my clients in the future.
