We loved working with Frank and his team of professionals. The team at Green Living helped our ideas become a reality. Throughout the process, Frank and his team made suggestions to keep us focused and on budget while improving upon on ideas. Our finished home is warm and comfortable and just what we had envisioned. Every where we went, when asked who our builder was, we were told we had picked the best in Frank and Green Living Homes. Very professional, yet easy going. They went out of their way to make our house personalized for us and worked hard to keep us on budget and on time. We are over the moon happy with our home.

  | Modular Community Center | May 2015 | We started a 5000 sq. ft. modular community center for an apartment complex in Laurel in February. We set the modular units starting on April 1st, and had the building weather tight by the evening of April 2nd, because it began to rain on April 3rd. The building was built in a factory in March while the weather was very cold, snowy and rainy at times. It was sealed, shipped and installed without ever getting anything wet on the interior. This is great news for people with mold/allergy issues. Building a new home with onsite stick built methods always result in moisture issues that may not show up until after the family move into the new home. | Laurel, MD | |
