Absolutely ridiculous i go into the shop to look for chlorine for my small adult kiddie pool (312 gallons) I ask an employee what would work best for me and give her specs on the water capacity (312 gallons) she told me to buy the “flipping frog” dispenser so I do… 60 dollars later… I get to my house and start reading the box and it says In fine print something like 5000 gallons - 10000 gallons… obviously this will not work, so a few days later I go to return an UNOPENED chlorine dispenser and an employee tells me that they don’t accept returns on chemicals I repeat the item is UNNNOPPENNEDDD… well fuck me guess I’ll eat ramen noodles for the rest of the week, 60 dollars may not seem like much but it is for me… the person that recommended the flipping frog for a 312 gallon KIDDIE POOL doesn’t know what the fuck they are talking about and needs to be demoted. Incredibly upset. I will NEVER come back.
