GSA Appliance Repair and Service

Aweful service. Filed a claim for a dishwasher that wasn't working. This contractor was recommended by my home warrenty company. He came out(2 hours past his scheduled time), realized there was a part he needed to order. 2 weeks later I had to call him and he stated it would be in the next day...5 days later he finally calls and schedules to come out the following week. Says I'm on the schedule first thing in the morning. Long story short, the day of the appointment it's now 11am, still hasn't shown up or answered his phone or returned my calls. I've now been out of a working dishwasher for over a month. Thankfully this wasn't something absolutely necessary like a refrigerator, horrible service.
