We contacted Stu Fox in January 2020 for a project and agreed upon a price. We checked out the referral(s) and all seemed fine. We paid a deposit per contract terms. The check was cashed, but now, even after 9+ months, there has been no progress on the project. He does not respond to phone calls or emails. And we also discovered that he has not even applied for the county permit that he was supposed to. We are pursuing reimbursement of our deposit.
