S&K Remodeling

We had windows and a slider "installed" in May, they ordered the wrong size for one window and I believe the wrong size door as well since there is a gap all around it nor did they finish the trim work.... it's now the end of JULY and they won't fix my door (that is a 6" step up) unless I pay them more money!! Never had such a TERRIBLE experience!! Now I'm paying for work that's not done correctly the first time to begin with! I've had friends talk highly about this company so I don't know if it's just my installer, my location or just a bad day/ couple of months for them but this is NOT how customers should be treated!
