A word of warning. Tim and David Marlowe are contractors in the area that left us high and dry for our deck after we paid them. They are not to be trusted and their worked caused damage to our house. It is costing us more to undo the damage than the entire job was specked out for. They spin up an LLC, get a contracting license, bid jobs, get the first few payments and do half the work then jet. If anyone files suit, they shut down the LLC and start a new one.
