Our client contracted with this company back in December of 2015 for a full window replacement project. Since then this company has been full of excuses and very poor communication. to date, they have taken a deposit and completed no work. They have scheduled to begin work and not shown up twice and now won't return phones calls, texts, and our written correspondences. Our client is now forced to pursue legal action against this company for the return of the deposit and legal fees.
