Overall it was a good experience. I would recommend anyone doing this type of work to start the previous fall or winter working with your contractor. I didn't start until the beginning of July and it did not get done until the end of August/Beginning of September. Contractors of this type book fast and stay very busy during the summer months I was lucky to get it done this year at all starting so late in the season. Cost below is approximate cost.
