Really disappointed with this company. I had high hopes based on their reviews but it seems like they are starting to pull shady tactics. Got a quote on 3/4/21. Called Richard on 4/8 and told them we wanted to move forward with the project. I was given a call back on 4/9 to set up an appt. However I was told Richard was booked the rest of the week and will be out of town the following week therefore the soonest we can set up an appt would be 2 weeks out. On 4/21 Richard arrived and told me he had bad news, prices went up 10%. I informed Richard that I would only accept the initial quote we had agreed on. We weren’t interested in doing the project for an additional 10%. Richard nor the secretary informed me of a price increase 2 weeks ago when they had my quote and info in front of them. Sounds like the price increase took place between the time I contacted Richard and when Richard showed up for our appt. Richard said the girls at the office didn’t have any idea about what is going on with the prices. So I guess lack of communication on their part, is my fault? I guess Richard’s unavailability for 2 weeks is also my fault? No way to run a business. If I would have known of the price increase I wouldn’t have waited 2 weeks for our appt. I would have went with someone else. Now our project is delayed another 2 weeks. I called RFMC and gave them an opportunity to make this right but they never reached back out to me. I won’t be recommending them to anyone going forward. Something to beware of if you’re considering this company.
