After an inspection of the customers house we found kick out holes with dirt around the holes in the master bedroom walls. We also found a dead subterranean termite swarmer in the outside water heater closet and other evidence in wood pieces around the property. Customer didn’t have any protection for termites hadn’t had an inspection on nearly 20 years. After completing a full report we subjected a liquid treatment around the entire structure rodding every 12 inches and injecting the treatment into the soil. We also covered the customer for Drywood termite as there was no evidence of drywood termites after the complete inspection.

Customer had live bed bugs in one bedroom. Because we want to do a whole home treatment we also treat every other bedroom and living room in the home to increase our chances for succes the first time through. Each bed/bed frame and pieces of furniture is treated with our NON TOXIC Rapid Freeze Treatment. We remove and discard any visible body’s and casings. Then we use a residual treatment on baseboards and finish with a carpet treatment. Customer purchased mattress encasements for all mattresses and box springs to give the customer an indusrty best 90 day warranty on the treatment.

Customer requested a bed bug inspection after complaining about getting bit at night. After a complete inspect I found no evidence of bed bugs in the couches, carpetor mattresses. While inspecting the carpet I discovered carpet beetle whose larva have spikes and can irritate the skin to create the illusion of a bed bug bite. I offered the customer quarterly pest control service for $80 initial visit and $80 every three months. We came out and did a carpet and baseboard treatment along with a treatment under all sinks and the exterior of the house for other targeted pests. (I.e. roaches, centipede, earwig, ants, millipede, spiders, etc.)

While completing a full inspection I found drywood termite frass in master bathroom. Because there was only one visible kick out hole fumigation is recommended for complete Eradication of termites throughout the home and walls. Prepped And completed an occupancy notice and explains how to prepare for the fumigation. (I.e. what to bag/what plants along the outside of the house needed to be trimmed). R&C executed the fumigation starting Friday morning and customer was able to return Sunday mid-afternoon.
