| Cook foundation repair | Mar 2019 | Foundation on West side of home was letting water seep through the block and brick of the foundation. We cleaned and prepped the foundation along the west side of residence and then sealed the foundation along that side. Then on the outside on the south west corner where foundation was in the worst condition I used some aluminum flashing and installed it on the bottom of the foundation of the wall. Then using a high quality silicon I caulked the top and bottom of the flashing to use that it was water tight. After all that because we are dedicated to doing quality work and ensuring that the homeowner is always happy we installed 3 1 by 6,'s at the bottom of the foundation over the flashing to dress it up and make it look better. Then followed it up with a coat of paint even though it was not on the estimate and we didn't charge for it. | $500 | Friendship, TN |
