Upon start of task we found the home was infested with termites, and had SUBSTANTIAL damage as a result. We jacked the entire house up off of the foundation, replaced sill plates, and band plates, along with a large portion of floor joists before we could carry on with original job. We also replaced windows and insulated, along with some drywall work as well. In one area of the house we dug footers and leveled one end of the house and floor structure.
