The door to my garage office got jammed open and I nearly panicked. But when I called Genesis, not only were they able to come out right away, but also they were accommodating to my difficult schedule. And then Benjamin came out right when they said he would and got the job done fast, easy, friendly, and well...and it wasn't even expensive! Will definitely call Genesis and Benjamin again any time I have a garage door problem of any kind. Very pleased with how this went. Huge relief.

Super Bowl Sunday at 9am because a hit and run driver sent a car thru my glass / aluminum garage door in Malibu on pch David showed up 1.5 hours later and removed the damaged door then we covered the opening with tarp until he returned on Monday with a temp aluminum door so I could continue to use my garage safely He then ordered straight away the custom glass / aluminum door that would take 3-4 weeks to be ready It was installed today and is perfect ! He does what he says, is excellent at communications and the work is perfect I could not have been more satisfied with all aspects of his work !
