1) Clean, weed, and remove Lantanas, Knock Out Rose Bushes, Holly Bushes in front bed. 2) Thin and manicure remaining shrubs & Bushes. 3) Clean, weed and remove unwanted shrubs, bushes, grasses in back beds. 4) Thin out and trim the tops of overgrown Camellias. 5) Thin out all Cut Leaf Philodendron, all Pygmy Palms, Bottle Brushes, Aztec and Native Grasses. 6) Pressure wash back and side of house. ​ 7) Construct and install Custom Trellis. 8) Install mixed assorted Zinnias, Ixoras, Bottle Brushes, Bird of Paradise, Japanese Yew, 9) Two cubic yds. brown hardwood mulch. 10) Remove and Haul off all remaining trimmings, branches & debris.

Install new Pathway 44' long x 3' wide consisting of Tequila Sunrise Mexican Flagstone, Crushed Granite Gravel, & 1" x 4" Redwood Bend-A-Board Edging. Customer had said he couldn't walk on that side of the property due to the ground staying too damp even though he had previously installed French Drains which were functioning as intended. We recommended a pathway that would allow the drains to work properly but would be raised high enough to walk on as so to keep from getting your feet wet yet economical at the same time. Customer loves his new flagstone pathway!

Customer had been experiencing severe foundation problems due to poor drainage causing moisture and water standing near the home. I recommended installing 3 French Drains and also tying in his gutter downspouts into those drains. Instead of using a Machine Trencher my crew hand trenched all 3 drains because of tight working areas, tree roots and multiple underground utilities. Safety always comes first!
