Conquest Contracting has more than three decades of experience in commercial and residential construction, remodeling, repairs, resolving chronic building problems, and fencing. Conquest Contracting is a charter member of the Disaster Contractors Network, and is committed to the highest ethical standards in all situations. The State of Texas does not license General Contractors, and there are no qualifications to meet to become a Builder in the Lone Star State. Conquest Contracting's Builder, Ed Warmoth, is licensed in two of the most difficult States from which to obtain an actual State Certification as a qualified builder. Since 1993 Ed has been licensed in the State of Florida and holds certification as a General Contractor (CGC1504324), qualified to build without restriction, both commercial and residential; and in New Mexico Ed holds certification in the classification of GB-98, and is qualified to build nearly anything in commercial and residential construction. Ed has had the pleasure to design and build full service restaurants in many of the United States. Building for some of the country's largest restaurant chains and their franchisees has allowed Conquest Contracting to work on complex projects with themed finishes. Themed finishes are used to create a look or ambiance of a specific "theme," think of Disney World, where everything is themed to provide the look and feel of being in a whole different environment. To build themed environments it takes creativity and attention to detail, in the micro and macro sense. You can put this experience to work on your next project to get that certain look you wish to create in your home or office. Whether your needs are to build a new structure, remodel some aspects of your existing building, or to solve - once and for all - that old problem that keeps reoccurring, Conquest Contracting is your best choice for getting the job done right, the first time. Conquest Contracting services the Dallas/Ft Worth area, and is available to travel to other locations to perform larger commercial or residential projects as needed.
