Roofing Contractor - Frisco, TX
5.0
We are a full service roofing consulting/construction company based in Frisco, TX. We have amassed some of the top experts in all aspects of residential and commercial roofing. Our leadership team represents more than 75 years of experience in roofing, due diligence, service and leadership. When your home has been damaged by a storm, it can be overwhelming. Let us help you through the process. The first step is to reach out to your insurance carrier. With the major storms that have come through the DFW metroplex lately, your agent might be swamped with claims. It might be more expedient to call the claims hotline. They will schedule an appointment for one of their adjusters to come take a look at your home. If you would like one of our company reps to be there to help advise you, we are happy to do so. If you would like us to take a look at your roof for a no-obligation inspection before the insurance adjuster comes, we can do that, too. Just get in touch.

Little Elm, Tx Single Family Home | Jan 2014 | Replaced old 30 year roofing system due to hail damage from April 3rd, 2014 hail storm. We upgraded customers underlayment to Tarko synthetic felt in lieu of typical #15 paper felt. We laid new drip edge over that, and installed Ice & Water shield at all eaves, rakes and valleys for extra protection. All old vent locations were removed, re-decked, and a ridge vent system was installed according to specific calculations on customer's home for attic ventilation. The soffit vents were cleaned, insulation was pulled away from soffit vent holes and baffled to keep air flow constant. New 30 year architectural shingles were installed, as well. All gutters and downspouts were replaced. | $16k | Little Elm, TX
Willow Bend Plano Luxury Estate Copper & Slate Roof | Jan 2014 | We replaced 100% of the copper and about 15% of the natural slate that was destroyed by the September 2013 ice storm tagged "Icemageddon". The ice that dammed all over the roof had been partially melting and re freezing for 15 days, causing a lifting effect on the slate and copper, breaking slate and destroying the soft seams of the copper. Water then wicked and penetrated the entire roof, causing more than $180,000 in damages inside the house. Rampart redesigned several areas of dead space in the original roof plan, building crickets and diverting seams, to allow a more effective runoff for drainage. We also maximized protection with 100% coverage of the deck with Soprema Ice & Water underlayment, and eliminated all non-copper fasteners. This eliminated areas of water collection for ice to form... the only real enemy of this "100 year roof" system... minus monster hail and tornados. | $180k | Plano, TX
