As with one of the other reviewers we were told that the work would be done in March, no follow up. Continued to text with either no response or I will get back to you with no follow up. Took our deposit we cancelled and we are now waiting just like the previous reviewer on our deposit money back. And just like previous reviews, I was out, I am by myself, updating computer system. They have more excuses than you can imagine but they are sure quick to cash your check and take your money. We will seek legal recourse as well, this has gone way beyond ridiculous!!

My friend and I each gave a check for $500 to Tim Henshaw of The Reseal Experts, LLC on May 28 as a deposit for a resurface and paint job he was supposed to do on our driveway in The Villages, Florida starting on June 7. At that time we requested that he give us addresses of driveways he had done before he started so we could do our due diligence by requesting referrals and seeing the quality of his work. However, after asking a couple of times and getting nowhere, we notified him on May 31 that we were canceling and wanted our $1,000 back. He said it was no problem and that our cancellation had been processed and once accounting received it, the checks would be mailed in 5 to 7 business days.  Here it is 4 months later and after asking both on the telephone and via texts over and over and getting excuse after excuse (I’m in a meeting; I’m at the dentist; I was on vacation; I will check with my bookkeeper), he started ignoring all communications as of July 9. We are at our wits end and unfortunately we will have to start legal actions.

I only got a quote from this company before I cancelled the project, but they were very prompt and thorough in providing an estimate.
