the original experience was fine.When we ask for warraty help we we charges $ 65 dollars to come out and see about the problem. This was under warranty! Nickel and dime customer: then it took for ever to get the manufactorer to come out and fix.If is under warranty they should not charge but they did so any warranty is of limited use with them.
