Thurman Property Services LLC (TPS) serves Broward County's residences and commercial properties. We are Florida state licensed and insured. TPS has its roots in the mega-yacht industry beginning in 1998. After many refits that required overseeing deadline-driven projects with a diverse set of skilled craftsman, TPS decided that Florida property owners deserved the same level of quality service for their repairs, remodels, and maintenance projects. We value our clients' homes and offices as if they were our own. You shouldn't incur damages or the hassle of unfinished projects from unreliable workmen.
