Dicks sucks, they damaged my property leaving a job. We have an eyewitness and the driver/employee admits to crashing the Dicks van into my decorative outside wall. Lisa Scott, the owner now refuses to fix what her company has damaged. This company has no integrity, no way I would ever do business with them!!

Dick’s was great! They came out extremely quickly, fixed my old furnace in record time. Price was very reasonable, and the folks were friendly, professional, and helpful. I will recommend Dick’s Heating

I wanted to take the time out to thank you guys for adhering to my request for a second option and sending Gerald out to service my residence and business units. My upper level unit at my house was not cooling for months; within minutes of walking into the house and checking the system outside – Gerald was able to diagnose the problem and correct it immediately. So far, the unit is now running and cooling; I can now sleep comfortably and enjoy my summer on the upper level of the house. Gerald then promptly left my residence and went straight to my office; found the problem with both units, replaced the part(s) and all so far is well. In summary, I have been using Dick's for over approx. 30+ years and I must commend you guys. It's a rarity that one finds consistent customer service. The knowledge, professionalism and the analytical ability that Gerald displays show his overall experience, dedication and the love of what he does, while providing top notch service. Also, thanks to Lisa and Linda to the attentiveness you have always provided while ensuring the proper service is executed. Lastly, miss Paul but Doug also does a good job; he is a great asset to your Team.
