Excellent service and communication by Tim. He was very patient, professional and direct with his answers and solutions to my project. Tim also went the extra mile to source a replacement water heater ( since it's no longer manufactured to the specs of my old unit). He could have easily suggested another option which would have required other modifications and additional cost. His workmanship was exceptional. Tim is truly a professional at what he does and possesses the quality of honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone that's seeking the service of a plumber!
