What's the highest rating I can give? Well, I'd rate Howell's higher than that! They worked through rain and darkness only pausing for safety -- which they discussed at each point of risk. You could tell the workers cared about each other like family, and they treated me the same way! No open profanity like you get with some crews; just professionalism in their practices, equipment, and demeanor, while doing much more than expected for the most reasonable rates I could find. Thank you, Paul and Tim for a job well done!
