I have no idea how Land Environmental has a 4.02 rating considering the only review left by a real person has 1 star. Either way, if you want to have a happy experience follow my two simple rules: 1. Do not hire Kurt and Land Environmental. They can be nice on the phone but can not be trusted. 2. Look up a radon pro certified by the non-profit AARST group, for free. They have higher professional standards than the legally required minimum, although Land Environmental didn't even do that much. The end.

1. They did not complete the work to the standards outlined in contract despite being paid in full. 2. Refused to honor guarantee as described in the contract. 3. Work reviewed by state agency and was found to be substandard. 4. Jax firm came behind and resolved all problems that Land Environmental could/would not and did so in a timely, professional and affordable manner.
