I got my furnace and AC replaced with this company in August 2017. I also had a full aeroseal of my ducts. After about a year, I had some problems with ducts leaking into my cabinetry. They came out and had the ducts insulated (at my expense even though the problem did not exist until they replaced my hvac). Then a few months later part of my ceiling fell down in the basement, of course underneath a large duct. The same man came out and refused to insulate it due to it being too close to the wall. He had no suggestions except to replace the part of the ceiling that had fallen down (aka do nothing about the chronic moisture - which I did not do, thankfully ). Since then there's another place upstairs where directly under a section of duct, part of the ceiling is leaking. Fast forward now another year and a half to two years and we have a mold infestation in both ceiling areas right under large sections of duct. This company has not stood behind their product at all and has done absolutely nothing to make this right. I cannot believe this unacceptable behavior and follow up after they were so happy to receive thousands of my hard earned dollars. I have given all this information, including all my texts and email logs, to my insurance company who is handling my mold claim. I'm also working with an attorney.
