We purchased a used refrigerator at a yard sale for our brother. He is disabled and his refrigerator went out. After it had been plugged in for 24 hours it wasn't cooling properly. I called Crenshaw's for a service call. I had found him through a google search. He told exactly what he did to diagnose the problem. He told the 2 parts it needed. Parts was $45 (he had to order) and service call (2 visits) $65. I am very pleased.
