I was referred to C&R after several attempts at resolving my new refrigerator's condensation problem. That was the best advice I had gotten to date. They were knowledgeable and helpful. More importantly, they were honest with me. They could have easily charged me for a house call to install an accessory that wouldn't have helped my problem and then they could have charged me again when I realized this unnecessary part didn't work. I highly recommend this company for their competence, caring, and honesty.
