We appreciated your interest in our HVAC services and went the extra mile to help 3 weeks ago when waived down while driving by and saw you needed assistance. Following your concerns about a different company's work performance and the a/c unit not working correctly, we promptly scheduled an appointment a few days later to help. On the day of the service call, no one answered the door. The technician returned 15 minutes later without a response and his phone calls were unanswered. So, the company’s owner was surprised to find them at his home a few weeks later requesting another appointment. He explained the schedule was temporarily full and helped by recommending companies that might have immediate availability. It was already disheartening to hear what was said about the other company, how their secretary was mistreated, and now us. We wish to thank the supportive and understanding members of our communities. We strive to do our best and remain committed to serving our communities well.
