We replaced an existing fence that had been rotted and falling over with a new fence . The ground conditions were extreme due to a root system along the fence line. All the fences in the neighborhood including barrier walls are leaning due to the fact that the ground on the inside of the perimeter is higher than the outside and the fence was most likely measures for height on the high side resulting in a shallow depth for post holes. Our post were set at a depth adequate for the fence post to support the weight of the fence, however leaving our fence a little shorter than the neighboring fence. The result is still an exceptional looking fence with durability and built to last.

This is an ongoing project done in phases. This is 5' Avalon by del gaurd/jerith it installs quick and easy. We had to mount the poles to the concrete using floor mount flanges. We simply drilled holes where the flange plate would sit, used drive wedge anchors to secure the post, leveled the poles and tightened down the anchors. Each section has to be done 1 post at a time then install panel , screw the rails in place, attach pole at the other end of panels and repeat the process. We typically charge $35 per linear foot materials included.

Cost included materials and labor for 198' of 5' shadow box fence along the front with welded wire panels framed in with 2"x 6" treated lumber on 4"x 4" posts , plus a hand crafted double drive gate. Our customer wanted to tie the shadow box fence in with the look of the wire panel fence so we added an accent topper with the wire panel where typically lattice would be installed Giving the fence an extra foot of height and keeping with the aesthetic nicely.
