I worked with Tom during a remodel of one of our vacation rentals. I was very impressed! Tom was extremely professional and communicated with us throughout the entire process. His work is amazing and the end result was more fabulous than we expected!!

Tom and his crew have been maintaining my Galveston homes for years. He has done everything from minor paint repair to a complete apartment remodel to kitchens and baths. His rates are fair and I am particularly impressed with his attention to detail, something I wish other contractors had today. In fact I often ask if he would be interested in restoring some of my other rentals in Colorado. Thank you Tom

Two week after my release from the hospital (quadruple bypass surgery) I attempted to paint the interior of our residence. Physically I was not ready. I met Tom Beardslee, he bid the work and his crew arrived and expeditiously finished the entirety of our home. The workers were efficient, courteous and clean. Very happy with the completed job. I would consider hiring Tom & team again.

I am very disappointed with the work Beardslee Painting & Remodeling did at my house. My house flooded during Harvey and I hired Tom and his crew to perform repairs. Two days before Christmas, Tom told me he had gone over budget and if I wanted any of the remaining work to be done, I'd need to pay his employees directly. After some back and forth, he agreed to come and finish some of the repairs that were in our contract but not completed (the most important being the flooded electrical outlets were not replaced) and to correct some repairs that were done poorly. He said he would come the third week in March, he didn't come back until April 9th. Unfortunately, the corrections to the repairs were just as bad. He touched up the paint on 3 walls, two were the wrong color. He had some (but still not all) of the flooded outlets replaced with bright white outlets but my existing outlets and light switches are ivory. So, now my outlets and light switches don't match and he replaced the covers on my ivory light switches with bright white covers. There are significant issues with the new tile in the bathroom and, again, (during corrections to repairs he was hired to do) he used a different color - now the grout in my shower is two different colors and he still didn't complete the task. There is so much paint mist on the bathroom floor that it doesn't even look like the floor that was bought. There is paint splatter on the floor in every room, paint on the windows, paint and texture on several of my personal items. Two of my overhead lights no longer work since his crew replaced the ceiling/adjacent wall. I really can't express how frustrating this entire process has been and how disappointed I am in the work that was done on my home.
