EXPERIENCE: • Home Inspections in Birmingham Metro since 2002 • 15 + years experience working in the construction industry • Passed the National Home Inspector Examination (State of Alabama) • Passed the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors Examination • Passed the National Institute of Fire and Safety Training Examination • Fulfill and complete at least 24 hours of continuing education every year • Fully insured General Liability Insurance • Fully insured Error & Omissions (E&O) Insurance • Licensed by the State of Alabama - AL Home Inspector License # HI-3028 • Completed/Passed NACHI's Code of Ethics obstacle course • Completed/Passed NACHI's Standards of Practice Examination • Completed/Passed the following NACHI Examinations: (See Transcript below)
