Absolutely the best contractor I have ever hired. They are perfectionists! They were efficient and got the job done quickly. The quality and service was beyond expectation and conduct was professional and courteous. Every detail I wanted adjusted/ changed was enthusiastically attended to with a quality result. The whole job was excellent. and when the project was completed I was surprised and pleased that the cost was much lower than I had anticipated. I felt I needed to pay more than what was charged just because the work was so good. Owner who managed the job fixed/ repaired several things unrelated to the original contract. He had no obligation yet was happy to do these extra tasks for trivial added cost. The service and quality were unbelievable . I was so confident the whole time – not just with the work, but having assurance that negotiations with my insurance company maximized my benefit for the claim. This required multiple contacts with my insurer and thorough, detailed inspection of damage to make sure all repairs and replacement costs would be fully compensated. I was so relieved they took that burden upon themselves so I didn't have to get involved with my insurance company. I can't give this company enough credit nor sufficiently express my appreciation for the exceptional quality and service they provided.

It was a pleasure to work with Al. He stayed on top of the roofing job from start to finish, always answering questions, very professional. I would recommend him highly.

We had roof damage from a storm on Christmas Day, 2015. I called A-Z and they immediately came out and patched the roof to prevent future damage. They quickly got me in their work schedule and the next thing I knew, I had new roofs on both our Home and our Garage. All the work was done in one day and when they left you could not even tell they had been there. Very professional and I would highly recommend to anyone needing a new roof quickly!

Al is great to work with. He came out within one day to give us a price quote that was so good, we did not get a second one! We wanted someone who was highly-rated since we were out-of-state and could not be there to keep an eye on things. Al kept us informed throughout the process about when they would and would not be at the house (his crew did this work during the holidays, and there was rain and other bad weather to deal with). In addition to removing an old shingle roof, they repaired (actually, replaced and repainted) our soffit & fascia, removed an old carport and installed a new one. They kept the area tidy, which was appreciated. Also, Al took photos of the project as it was on-going and sent them to us. We live in Florida and contracted with A-Z over the phone, based on their great reviews, to work on my parents' home in Cullman. This required more effort on Al's part, but he was always cheerful and helpful when we asked for information or requested changes in the project scope. We are very happy with the work performed by A-Z Roofing Specialists and would be happy to refer them to anyone.
