Dream House Remodeling

Firstly, it is the poor quality of the materials that was used which is highly unsatisfying. If it was Their goal to build a chicken coop, they were successful in doing that, but still poorly done. But as a screen patio they dropped the ball. There are gaps between the frame and the screen where you can put your entire hand through the hole, screen is over lapping in some places, other areas the screen is too long and is sticking out past the frame, paint is all over the screen, in some places there is no screen at all. The doors are horrible. they did not put one single screw in properly. The doors do not open are close correctly. the screen is held on by big tacky screws that is a cutting hazard. The wood was not sanded down and there is the potential of getting splinters, just by opening these horrible hideous doors. The doors do not have knobs or door handles but gate latches on them. they got paint all over my new patio floor that took me and my husband three days of trying to get it up, with not much success. The paint looks as if a five-year-old painted. He had the audacity to tell me that I should understand why the paint was done so poorly. Because his helper was so old. I dare him trying to make me feel bad when he took the job he should have thought about his helper. The poor quality of these materials and the way in which they installed them is horrible. Against my better judgment my husband called him back out to correct all these problems. After my husband spoke to him for about an hour, we concluded that the job was to big and he could not do it. Mr. Zakarya Touma tried for another hour to fast talk us out of requesting our money back. After he admitted he did not do the job correctly and he did not know how to do it. The last hour of our last meeting that day ended with Mr. Touma been removed from our property by the police and he was told not to return. I also had to call the Home Depot Pro referral contractors Department. I asked them to notify him by phone and ask him to leave my property. All of this was only done after asking him to leave our home about ten are more times with him refusing each time. Which this took approximately three hours in all to get him off my property. The things that Mr. Touma were saying, and his behavior was very unstable. Which made us genuinely concern for our safety. This was not someone that I randomly hire off the street, but through Home Depot PRO Referral Contractors Program.
