Realco did an outstanding job for me. I had 2 walls in 2 bedrooms taken down to the studs and redone. One wall in the master had termite damage, so that had to be reinforced. Both rooms were painted and the wallpaper in the master bath was removed and the room painted. I, then, had the master bath shower completely retiled with the floor built up and tiled. The existing flooring in the room was removed and tiled. I am thrilled with the final results. Showering is now a pleasurable experience. David coordinated everything I needed and made sure I was completely satisfied. Every single person who worked on my renovations was respectful and kind. I highly recommend this family run company!

My initial project was just replacing sheet rock however, after consulting with David and the crew I decided to do roofing and chimney repair, Sheetrock replacement, flooring, painting and electrical work. These guys are a one stop shop- they do it all. They are trustworthy and very reliable. I can’t say how much they made me feel at ease with their work and trusting them in my home. They are very meticulous about their work and aim to give nothing but the best. They are caring and I will be calling them to do additional work. I can’t say enough of how satisfied I am with their work. Realco Remodeling is for REAL.

The best way to describe the positive experience I had with Realco it’s to draw and analogy to Olympic figure skating. In this case the work they did in our home, which became fairly extensive, would have scored them a 10 in both technical ability and creative/artistic ability. Specifically, we initially hired them based on a recommendation from Home Depot to install our Pergo flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. We mentioned that we were going to look for somebody to refinish the cabinets in this 1972 home, paint a large room in the back, change the kitchen lighting, counters and backsplash. After reviewing pictures of similar work they had done and receiving a very reasonable estimate we hired him to do the whole job and think it was the best decision we have made so far. Their technical ability also includes detailed quality-control supervision by the owner of this family run business. There was nothing we could find wrong in the final walk-through. One of the real pluses was their creativity in suggesting & ultimately adding new ideas to our amateur plans which took them from nice to spectacular for little additional cost. I’ll be happy to provide details if anybody wants to call or email me as a reference. Their charges were very reasonable and in fact saved us quite a bit of money versus hiring multiple contractors. They stayed within budget and there were no “surprises.” REALCO has a wide variety of capabilities which provides a superior value proposition.
