This company is a complete shame. Charles Chapel is a crook. He charged me for a job that he never did called many times with nothing but excuse after excuse about why he didn't do what he was paid to do. Complete crook.

Wanted concrete poured in November now its March no concrete. Paid Charles Chapell upfront for work that he didn't do. On 2 separate occasions charles was extremely vulger with me when I questioned why it was taking so long. He has called me over 30 times with nothing but excuse after excuse. This Guy is nothing short of a crook. If you don't want a job done and someone to be rude, take your money and call at crazy hours with bull crap stories hire him other wise hire someone else. This guy has 5 different company name's.
