My water heater stopped working.I called my warrenty company who set up a work order with PPCS. Proven Professional Construction dispatched a technician. Rob the techinician who came to my home was on time and very courteous. Rob quickly diagnosed the problem and repairs are underway.

We had a plumbing issue at our home and Robert Stocks the professional from Proven Professional came on a timely basis.. fixed the issue that we had. He also took the time out to show me what preventive maintainence I could do to avoid having an issue in the future. Hats off to Robert truly a asset to his company! Dennis Bergo

Had a tech come out and diagnose the issue of two leaks under my sink. Original lines had corroded over time and his report back to my warranty was that of improper installation because I had a faucet installed months ago. I requested the repair anyway and was told they could no longer fix it today (even though I specifically requested it be done today due to secondary and ongoing damage to my cabinet) and was told a repair person would come the following day. When said ok, she corrected it to say they could come 4 days later. In the meantime my sink is leaking from both lines!! They should be taking care of my issues first before moving on to the next customer!! Not recommended!

We are very pleased with the workmanship and response time of Mr. Michael Imes, proprietor of Proven Professional, he quickly and professionally took care of and emergent hot water heater that leaked, flooding our finished basement, he sent one of his men, Tyler, who was very adept with his workmanship, we now have a new, well installed water heater and we are grateful that Mr. Imes had our best interest at heart, hard to find someone who does what he says!!! He also keep texting me with time-lines on where his plumber was etc.....you will be in good hands with this company.....Fred and Linda
